1. Services Offered

CoderCortex provides IT-related services including, but not limited to:

• Website Design & Development

• Digital Marketing & SEO

• E-commerce Solutions

• Content Writing

• Website Maintenance & Support

• Branding 

Specific service details, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in written proposals, invoices, or service agreements.

2. Project Scope & Revisions

• The project scope will be defined and agreed upon before work begins.

• Any additional work outside the agreed scope will require a new agreement or additional charges.

• Revisions are limited to what is stated in the project agreement. Excessive or out-of-scope revisions may incur extra fees.

3. Payments & Fees

• All prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payment schedules (advance, milestones, or full payment) must be followed as agreed.

• Late payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, or additional fees.

• Payments made are non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information, content, and materials required for the project in a timely manner.

• Ensure that all provided content (text, images, logos, data) is legally owned or licensed.

• Review and approve work promptly to avoid delays.

CoderCortex is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late client inputs.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• Upon full payment, the Client will own the final approved deliverables unless otherwise specified.

• CoderCortex retains the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing.

• Any third-party software, plugins, themes, or licenses remain subject to their original terms.

6. Third-Party Services

CoderCortex may use third-party tools, hosting providers, plugins, or APIs.

• We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or changes caused by third-party services.

• Any third-party costs are the responsibility of the Client unless otherwise stated.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the project, unless disclosure is required by law or permitted in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

• CoderCortex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, revenue, or business.

• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

All services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
CoderCortex does not guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings, sales growth, or traffic increases unless explicitly stated in writing.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice:

• The Client must pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

• CoderCortex reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment, breach of terms, or unethical use of services.

11. Support & Maintenance

Ongoing support or maintenance is provided only if included in the service agreement or purchased separately. One-time projects do not include lifetime support unless stated.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction agreed upon by both parties.

13. Changes to Terms

CoderCortex reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be effective upon publication on our website or written notification.
